Kivel Manor Assisted Living Center celebrates its’ official
grand opening on March 22nd. The long awaited Assisted Living Center will be dedicated by Ira Shulman, Executive Director/CEO
of Kivel Campus of Care. The newly opened Assisted Living Center is home to approximately 23 residents with capacity
of 36 residents.
Kivel Auxiliary has graciously provided funding for remodeling the
Promenade in North Pavilion (one of the original buildings). The remodel has transformed a simple glass enclosed room
into and outdoor garden oasis complete with benches and singing birds. Residents and their families can enjoy the beautiful
garden and waterfall without the hot summer heat. Residents have commented on the quiet, peaceful atmosphere that this
garden creates.
The Kivel Auxiliary is a service organization that provides
volunteer opportunities in a variety of campus functions. Additionally, the Auxiliary has provided more than $750,000
in funding support for special projects that enhance the lives of campus residents. For membership information, contact
